Finance Controlling Specialist

Your responsibilities

  • Prepare RHQ China forecast, budget and planning; involve in Actual/Budget quarterly monitoring and challenge departments for cost control
  • Analyze, review, challenge and track Key Performance Index of TK China group companies (Order Intake, Sales, EBIT and Business Cash Flow Etc.,) and provide analysis report
  • Prepare proposal of cost reductions, expenses efficiency measures and cost targets
  • Industry Benchmarking investigation, comparison and analysis for TK China group companies
  • Act as contact point with TK China group companies.
  • Work on controlling related projects.
  • Prepare presentations for the TK China management on controlling topics.

Your profile

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting, Financial Management, etc.
  • 2-5 years working experience on Accounting, financial analysis, or controlling areas in manufacturing company or engineering company
  • Internal control concepts and relevant experience in costing, reporting or financial analysis
  • Very strong Excel & PPT Skill, SAP experience preferred
  • Be fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Multi-national company background will be a plus.
