Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责
"Business Development:
- Establish proactive and two way communications with multiple functional departments in customer organization.
- Visit customers and make commercial presentations.
- Build up and update customer profile, including car-line, new project sourcing plan, technology scheme, supplier pool, buying center, organization, and etc.
- Take lead in defining customer strategy and initiate business development plan with individual customer
- Proactively observe business opportunities, conduct initial analysis, and rationalize the opportunities
- Define quotation strategy with BU/CBU and finalizing quotation package to customer.
- Negotiate with customer on price, productivity, tooling, payment term, and other commercial terms.
- Closely communicate with customer to identify whether and how to optimize commercial offer.
- Secure on time payment for serial delivery, tooling, ED&T, and samples. Closely follow up pass due.
- Develop together with CBU annual productivity strategy and implement with individual customer.
- Support CBU on profitability improvement through the implementation of change on-cost.

- Support market and customer study.
- Observing competitor movements and collecting intelligence about technology development, price/cost level, footprint, and etc,
- Support market activities with customer. Eg. Customer tech show.
- Organize market report

Sales Administration :
- Organize commercial contract review.
- Work together with CBU/BU on sales planning and rolling forecasting.
- Coordinate satisfaction survey and follow up improvement action plan.
- SAP maitainance and filling.

Required Competency and Qualification 任职能力及资格
1. Knowledge 知识
Education 学历 Engeneer (mech. or electr.) or Biz Management (Diplom, Bachelor, Master)
Foreign Language 外语 Native Chines, English, German is plus
Computer Skill 计算机 MS office
2. Experience 经验
Auto or related experience 汽车或相关行业经验 at least 2-3 years
