工作任务

1. To monitor and ensure the increase of service and repair sales output through strategic analysis and mentoring, and systematically develop segment strategies through analysis and targeted initiatives
2. To support Regional Service Senior Manager to build and maintain relationship with strategic customers and stakeholders, conduct business development and get involved in large maintenance and repair contracts
3. To support the planning of Service sales targets, including but not limited to assist Regional Service Senior Manager in budgeting and forecasting, and breaking down sales target to branches
4. To check the projects sold and make sure that they have followed Service sales strategy
5. To support Regional Service Senior Manager to drive implementation of standards and best practices by supporting with training, reviewing the system and SOPs, and generating improvement inputs to HO
6. To assist in the implementation of roadmaps for Service sales team, and ensure Service sales initiatives in alignment with regional requirements
7. To get involved in HR decisions for branch Service sales managers and Service department managers regarding hiring, promoting, leveling and discharging
8. To systematically develop sales and sales management skills via EAGLE and other training programs offered by SEED
9. To monitor the proper and thorough system utilization by all sales staff



前提条件

1. College degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical, Electronics, Business Management, Marketing or relevant majors
2. Minimum 5 years' experience in Service business, including 5 years' management experience; Knowledge of sales and field management is a plus
3. Strong communication skills and team work spirit; Good analysis capability
4. Good command of MS Office s/w application, i.e. WORD,EXCEL,PowerPoint, etc.
5. Good English reading and writing skills
